Logport’s mission is to develop key urban infrastructure

In selected locations, we revitalise brownfield sites and transform them into modern urban districts that support logistics, manufacturing, services, and sustainable mobility.

Our projects are developed within commercial zones, where we integrate warehouse and production facilities with office and retail operations for wholesale and service activities. We ensure that each building fulfils its function while being sensitively embedded within the surrounding urban infrastructure.

We design our buildings in line with the highest environmental standards, incorporating rainwater management, solar technologies, green façades for climate regulation, and charging infrastructure to support electromobility. However, our focus goes beyond the technical performance of individual buildings to creating a long-term, functional, and resilient concept for the entire area.

Our goal is to transform neglected sites into modern urban districts that connect work, logistics, and everyday life, and are seamlessly linked to cycling networks and public transport.

Who is behind the Logport project?


David Vais

Chief Executive Officer

David founded Logport in 2018 with the idea of revitalizing old and unused urban brownfield sites through the development of modern commercial zones supporting key urban infrastructure. David is mainly involved in strategy but also in the day-to-day operations of the company. He is also active in leasing and communication with investors.

His goal is to build a network of multifunctional commercial zones across Europe, combining different types of uses focused on urban logistics. All this is according to the latest building technologies, taking into account the use of alternative energy sources.

Jozef Bystrický

Chief Financial Officer

Jozef is a finance leader with more than a decade of experience in real estate and capital markets. He began his career at HB Reavis, where during eight years he was responsible for project financing of development schemes in the United Kingdom and for group financing on the capital markets in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

He subsequently worked at Corwin, where he led the group’s strategic financing activities in Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Since the beginning of 2026, he has held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Logport, focusing on supporting the company’s growth and ensuring its long-term financial stability.

Hana Lhotská

Purchasing Director & Partner

Hana has been working in Logport since 2021, and she is responsible for all tenders and purchases for the parent company as well as the individual development projects. She manages all operating and construction costs, economic calculations and controlling of projects and acquisitions.

Hana has been specializing in the construction market for 15 years and is an absolute leader in purchasing. Thanks to her long experience in top management positions, she has a perfect overview of the current trends in the Central European construction industry.

Prior to joining Logport, Hana worked for 13 years at CTP, where she progressed to Head of Procurement and became a member of the company’s Board of Directors. She was responsible for the cost of construction of approximately 800,000 sqm of new industrial and office projects across CEE annually, representing an annual volume of approximately €320 million. Throughout her time at CTP, she was responsible for the cost and cost savings of the construction of 40 industrial zones across Central Europe. At CTP, she created operational tools and implemented processes and IT systems essential for the proper functioning of complex procurement and economic calculations. She managed the company’s expansion into markets in Poland, Hungary, Romania, and Serbia.

Tomáš Kubín

Managing Director & Partner

At Logport, Tomáš has served as Managing Director since February 2026, where he is responsible for the company’s strategic leadership, the development of its projects, and the execution of key initiatives. He focuses on further portfolio growth, setting efficient processes, and strengthening Logport’s position in the market of modern industrial and logistics real estate.

Tomáš brings nearly 20 years of experience in construction and real estate development. He has long specialized in managing complex industrial projects across European markets and overseeing their full life cycle – from acquisitions and early-stage planning through permitting and construction to successful delivery. His work is driven by a strong emphasis on quality, cost efficiency, and sustainability.

Prior to joining Logport, Tomáš served as Head of Construction for Western and Central & Eastern Europe at P3 Logistic Parks, a leading pan-European investor and developer of logistics properties. In this role, he oversaw the delivery of highly specified logistics and industrial projects and contributed to the strategic expansion of the company’s portfolio across the region.
